What fuels human ingenuity? It is a process of steady, reliable evolution catalyzed by rapid, unpredictable revolution. It is an ability to balance extremes. It requires that we reconcile our natural risk aversion with our relentless drive to bring our imagination to life. We call this alchemic mixture of art and science: (r)evolution. And we named our company after it.

(r)evolution, the company, is a diligently hand-picked group of former corporate practitioners and strategy consultants who saw an opportunity to improve how companies grow. After being founded in 2003, we started to craft our new and innovative solutions for growth. We recognized the value of highly creative firms and their immersive brainstorming and ideation experiences. However, the creative solutions often lacked a deep enough understanding of business strategy to create breakthroughs that truly worked over the long-term. We appreciated the value in the robust analytical approaches of strategy consulting. However, some approaches lacked the imagination, the inspiration, and the je ne se quoi needed for truly breakthrough solutions. So we decided to combine the best of both creative thinking and strategy consulting to garner the transformational growth our clients need.
